Manage, delegate and assist Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) development team through various project scopes, including:- Start to finish land development via initial site reconnaissance, soils/groundwater evaluation and testing, data analysis, system design development utilizing topographic mapping data, drafting permit/construction plans, oversee permitting and construction- Existing site records analysis and consultations to develop strategies and cost estimates for achieving project goals using value engineering methods- Existing system evaluation and report/consultation, existing system repair or upgrade design, permitting and construction oversite- Code enforcement mitigation and resolution- Manage/develop relationships and formal commentary with government entities regarding policies and regulations related to codes and standards- Provide office assistance where needed including fleet vehicle maintenance and equipment management
