Researches, initiates relationship and maintains production partner contact sheet which includes worldwide Directors, Production Companies, Music, Sound Design, Still Photographers, Motion Graphics, Animation and other resources as needed. Upon client approval AP will award job, obtain new vendor information and generate/issue PO, Oversees all elements of production: location scouting/casting/talent wardrobe selection, insurance coverage, adhering to shot list and schedule as relates to budget, obtaining creative overage estimates as need be, booking/coordinating travel, reviewing change orders and approves all final billing from vendor for payment. Has a comprehensive understanding of SAG/ AFTRA guidelines for production. Works closely with Paymaster to ensure the Agency is in compliance with the SAG/AFTRA contract at all times.

The Ad 2 KC President act as liaison between Ad 2 National and Ad 2 Kansas City, will participate in monthly Ad 2 National Presidents’ calls as well as work with the AAF-KC Executive Director and/or President to provide any requested information, report or feedback to Ad 2 National by the designated deadlines.
