Involved in the acquisition, re-development and disposition of a range of assets. Relevant deal experience: o Acquisition of 661 Albertsons stores, 5 distribution centers and 5 regional offices o Divestitures of 72 Albertsons fuel centers to Valero Energy and the sale of 49 of the Albertsons grocery stores in Florida to Publix.• Directed a team of 8, including leasing agents and administrators, asset management of commercial centers with a total leasable area of more than 7 million square feet.• Increased tenant occupancy by 17% for shopping centers, strip malls and industrial parks, primarily in the Midwest region, anchored by various Fortune 500 companies.
