As a Member Services Representative I have daily contact with members who are experiencing problems with their accounts, have questions regarding their accounts, or simply need to obtain an account balance. It is my responsibility to handle all inquiries in a professional and efficient manner and may include answering incoming calls from members, meeting with walk in customers requiring assistance and cross selling products for our credit union affiliates. My daily schedule also includes opening and closing accounts and other products, handling fraudulent accounts, assisting members with our online bill pay system, taking loan payments and filing opened applications.
