Senior Software Engineer
Current- Engage with customers to build rapport, identify needs and pain points, and create customized solutions within Salesforce that effectively resolve issues and increase satisfaction and retention rates.- Motivate and mentor junior software engineers in job duties and best practices to drive continuous improvement and professional development; cultivate a positive and productive workplace culture.- Lead testing and troubleshooting efforts for a diverse range of technical products and services, correcting problems and identifying opportunities for improvement.- Implement Kubernetes and Istio to create scalable applications and bolster security; streamline deployments with Helm; optimize data processing and enhance security with OAuth2/Keycloak.- Create and refine high-performance Spring Boot microservices; apply advanced skills in Docker and AWS ECR to improve consistency and reliability of development and deployment workflows.- Balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and strict quality standards; adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities.
