Galactic was a seed stage company that built cutting edge B2C products & communities. I drove the development and launch of our B2C video streaming product and our developer platform; spearheading the entire process from initial definition and research to design, delivery, and go-to-market. At Galactic we also built trustworthy web3 payment products, allowing users to offramp their funds directly into their bank. I created and led our go-to-market strategy, forging partnerships and developing content to engage our community and drive growth from zero to over 1000 users. We raised funding from Redpoint, Bloomberg Beta, Betaworks, and many others. Galactic built innovative products and was an amazing team, but we made the decision to shut it down last year. CoLane (formerly Fraight AI) was a workflow automation company, Transportation Management System (TMS), and freight brokerage all in one. We envisioned automating the $300B Contract Truckload Freight Market with a Human + Machine, tech-enabled services approach.I led product development, defining and developing our AI/Chatbot and logistics platform to help humans manage truckloads. We implemented DialogFlow alongside our own proprietary algorithms to understand driver intents.Through ongoing iterative changes and side-by-side training with operators, automation of driver communication increased from 5% to over 80%; greatly enhancing overall operational efficiency, allowing one operator to manage more loads than their non-enabled counterparts.

Unlocking info & insights from Big Data around food labels.As VP of Product Marketing, I worked on pricing, marketing strategy, and productization of our data and services to improve new customer messaging and drive expansion within existing accounts. Our overall strategy of helping global CPGs with their Digital Transformation efforts directly led to the development and launch of innovative B2B2C data products and insights for Food & Bev manufacturers and retailers like Conagra, Topco, Hy-Vee, and Instacart.

Zocalo Group acquired Pegmo and the platform became FanRally, an early influencer marketing platform where we incentivized and validated influencer activity on early social media channels like Foursquare, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. As Digital Strategy Lead, I pushed the envelope of digital innovation from within one of the best WOM & Social Media Agencies in the world. Under my guidance, the digital development department implemented processes and metrics to measure the impact of digital and social media campaigns in a world when influencer marketing was just beginning to emerge. I worked closely with the account and creative teams to grew revenue and implement new activations for brands like Nissan, Frito-Lay, and Subway.

Pegmo was a social loyalty and engagement game that let users interact with their favorite businesses. As users completed achievements related to the business, aka "pegs", they earned awesome rewards.As CEO and Founder, I ded a bit of everything, but mostly, I spent my day caring for our customers (businesses) and their customers, defining and designing product and most importantly, enabling the Pegmo team. On a day to day basis, I was responsible for: Brand Development, User Acquisition, Web Analytics, Business Planning, Financials and Fundraising.Pegmo was eventually acquired by Zocalo Group, a social media agency that was part of the Omnicom Group, to facilitate some of the earliest influencer marketing campaigns and activations.
