•Responsible for promoting the continuous improvement of facility safety and health systems to result in the reduction of incidents and illness, assure regulatory compliance, and to make safe behaviors part of day-to-day mind set. •Develop written policies that reflect the organizations commitment to safety and health. •Coordinate and manage the daily activities related to meeting all safety and health standards established by applicable regulation, as well as policies and procedures established internally. •Coordinate and develop annual safety training and required regulatory training. •Responsible for overseeing accident/incident investigations to determine root cause within manufacturing and administrative offices. •Prepare annual OSHCON/TOSHA safety evaluation and assist OSHA consultants in audit process. •Develop KPI’s to report compliance and effectiveness of safety and health program across 6 locations.•Review process and procedure enhancements •Evaluate layouts to ensure economic and ergonomic efficiency

• Instructor- Fall Protection, Electrical Safety, Fire Safety, Confined Space Entry, Respiratory Protection (SCBA), Forklift/Manlift, H2S Awareness, etc.• Set training schedules for 15+ companies monthly.• Conduct monthly safety meetings for classes of 100+ trainees.• Sales- Personal protective equipment, classes & field services.• Rig/Pulling unit inspector.• Onsite H2S monitoring/monitor bump testing.• Onsite safety supervision.• DOT Compliance- maintaining DQ and vehicle maintenance files.• Incident investigation.• General OSHA compliance in both the field and at facilities.• Invoicing and collecting payments• Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Excel, ZOHO customer relationship management and Autocad.
