Curematch is a bio-tech startup that uses machine learning and genetic sequencing to personalize treatment options for cancer patients.I built software to automate and streamline curation of FDA medical documents. More specifically, The system highlighted changes between old and new versions of documents, and used NLP and Machine Learning to extract keywords to help curators create a drug treatment profile.Other projects involved web scraping cancer studies, and programmatically exploring disease ontologies.
