Responsible for managing and growing business relationships within the downtown Portland (97204, 97214, 97229 and 97239) The key roles and responsibilities typically associated with this position are driving sales growth within the assigned territory by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and closing deals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identifying and targeting potential new clients within the territory to expand the customer base. Developing account plans for key clients, including sales forecasts, objectives, and strategies for engagement. Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities. Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and effective service delivery. Leading negotiations with clients and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. 1x Future's club winner.

Identifying and researching potential clients or markets to generate new leads, by conducting outreach via phone calls, emails to engage prospects and introduce the company’s products or services. Assessing leads to determine their potential fit and interest, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement. Keeping accurate records of interactions and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems with relevant information to provide regular reports on lead generation efforts, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to management. Attending learning opportunities to stay updated on industry trends, company products, and best practices to improve sales techniques in products such as managed print services, Saas, cyber security, managed IT and UC services.

Meeting with clients to understand their style preferences, needs, and occasions, providing personalized fashion advice and recommendations. Leading and mentoring a team of stylists, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Collaborating with management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the business.
