As Director, Esports at Hawai'i Pacific University I manage and oversee all aspects of the University's Esports programming; including the 3000 square foot public HPU Esports Arena & event space, Esports programming, varsity & club Esports, community engagement & marketing, strategic planning & business operations. Managing the largest esports space in the state of Hawaii. A 3000 square foot esports arena and event space located in Aloha Tower Marketplace on the beautiful waterfront of downtown Honolulu. In addition to managing operations and an 11 person staff, I'm responsible for the University's varsity esports program, recruiting, and marketing outreach. Leveraging this incredible and highly rated esports space to help HPU achieve and surpass its strategic plan and scale up its esports presence and offerings. Additionally working on curriculum and partnership develop in the esports space.

Working with clients to evaluate and strategically develop their projects and activations in the esports industry and Hawaii gaming market. Connecting a large and international network of esports, gaming, and entertainment professionals to help businesses and nonprofits navigate the nuanced esports market. Maximizing opportunity, cultural and economic impact by leveraging a thorough understanding of Hawaii event spaces, vendors, hospitality options, infrastructure needs, costs and endemic sponsor/partnership opportunities. Offering clients insights on demographics, event cost and strategy, public and private support options, government incentives, and ensuring local investment yields positive results.
