Previously managing a range of venues, restaurants and bars, most recently working as one of the catering managers on The Grand Pier, I found a passion for purchasing and negotiating strong deals. I loved building relationships with suppliers and brand owners. The Grand Pier shares the same owners as Regency Purchasing and work very closely. We would regularly sit down and analyse our purchasing to data, to see if there was any savings in time or money to be had. The more I did this the more I wanted to do and also wanted to help others, as the benefits can really make a remarkable difference to businesses. So after delivering a 5th very busy festive season on The Grand Pier, I made the move to Regency and started my career in purchasing.
