Serves as the primary consultant and technical authority in all real estate and asset management for HQ USEUCOM. Provides professional and technical advice to senior personnel in the command on any aspect of the NATO Infrastructure program, the U.S. Military Construction program and other civil engineering functions. Provides similar professional advice and direction to colleagues and subordinates. This activity includes allocating fiscal resources, managing training workshops, participating in special working group or team activities, providing advice and assistance to Service Component headquarters, developing program justification and Congressional testimony, and conducting special training programs.
