Incumbent develops and implements HQUSEUCOM policy for 320 U.S. managed real estate sites and installations, including 21 Main Operating Bases (MOBs), in 51 countries for installation and site realignment and closure actions, Payment-in-Kind (PIK), residual value determination, and posture initiatives. In this role, also serves as Cochairman of multiple Real Estate Subcommittees with foreign nations in support of European Command posture initiatives. Secondary duty includes responsibility for U.S. participation in NATO infrastructure programs, theater military construction programs, and environmental security and compliance.Develops and provides program policy and guidance, manages all aspects of the unified command engineer participation in real estate, the NATO Infrastructure Program, U.S. Military Construction Program, and the DOD Environmental Security Program within the USEUCOM geographic area of responsibility.
