With over a decade of experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning, my career so far has been a story of process management, project management, and people management. With my MBA, I've taken a deep dive into finance and analytics to round out my strengths.Data-driven and analytical by nature, I've always valued quality over quantity. I take pride in the product of the year awards my teams have won in product development and marketing and the Finance Student of the Year award that I won personally. On the job and in my free time I truly enjoy using both sides of my brain to work towards continuous improvement.Communication is a key ingredient to success, and as a former English major, I consider it one of my greatest strengths. I've enjoyed using those skills to manage complex projects that require coordination across multiple departments, as well as to build lasting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.With my MBA completed, I'm looking forward to the next challenge where I can pursue excellence while always remembering not to let the perfect be the enemy of the good.
