- Oversee End to End eCommerce operation for large, well known brands and assist in growing their online presence. - Functional operations include; order management, warehouse management, national logistics and fulfillment, eCommerce technologies, web development, customer care, and marketing services- Partner with clients to launch new online initiatives, enhance or re-platform their current eCommerce offerings, or streamline their business-to-business operations-Manage forecasts, invoicing, and responsible for the profitability of each client within the portfolio-Leading a team of four who oversee six national eCommerce sites under a shared End to End eCommerce solution.-Facilitate all interactions as point of contact to all functional departments including: Marketing Services, Credit and Financial Services, IT, Web Development, and Fulfillment Services-Staying up to date with the leading eCommerce technologies and trends to provide the best customer experience to clients.
