I spend my free time organizing my organizer and color coding my calendar. I dive deep into details and make sense of them on sticky notes. I help my bosses not to sweat the small stuff by helping to bring order to chaos. Working in recruiting fascinates me, because I regularly have new challenges throw my way.I'm a high achieving, ambitious recruiting professional with a passion for producing quality results whether it be an event or a simple Christmas card distribution. From my education at Maryville University and now into the workforce, I've been able to grow my skills in time management, cost control, leadership, relationship building and critical thinking. My greatest joy in talent acquisition has been seeing the direct impact my contributions have on the trajectory of each candidate's career.When I'm not checking tasks of my to-do list at work, I'm probably crafting a new DIY home project, making new instant pot recipes, and/or watching reruns of The Office.
