It's my mission to bring together technology innovators from across our food and agricultural system to nourish all people while caring for a healthy, abundant planet. I grew up on a dairy farm in rural Northeast Colorado, where I learned to nurture our cows and crops using innovations across science and business to create a resilient farming system. These innovations came from people practiced in the art and science of innovation: the habit of matching deeply felt problems with compelling solutions. Inspired by my innovator-heroes in food and agriculture, I have committed myself to practicing and teaching the skills of innovation: - I use a practice of empathy to discover high-value problems- I use scientific inquiry to discover compelling solutions- I use financial analysis, strategy, and rapid-prototyping to discover powerful pairings of problems and solutions that create lasting valueI’m excited to work together to build a world of abundance with everyone our food system touches!
