I have a colorful career history. Before we jump down those twists and turns, you should know I was the kid who struggled to make decisions, changed her major 6 times in college (not including minors), and always struggled with FOMO. 🤔Maybe someone else out there can relate, but I’ve never been passionate about one career. Don’t get me wrong—I have a great work ethic (thank you midwest upbringing 🌽), but I've bounced around a bit. Office manager, warrant writer, first grade teacher, and currently scrum master (IT project manager)…Each career in its own right has been a good path to explore. That being said, I realized pretty early on that just climbing the career ladder alone wasn’t going to get me to where I wanted in life. 🪜Enter side hustles. I started my first eCommerce company when I was young and dumb and had no idea what I was doing. Imposter syndrome and lack of confidence plagued the first handful of years riding the entrepreneurial rollercoaster. 🎢The thing that’s grounded me in my journey is the people I choose to let influence me. 👏 Association is everything. Who you know is often more important than what you know. That being said, I love meeting new people and look forward to hearing your story! 📓Oh, and I love tacos. 🐲
