Change Management Analyst
Current- Working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
- Ensuring that all change management products are managed and updated through the life of the project
- Developing change management reporting in-line with the project requirements
- Coordinating training needs analysis and training schedules with business areas
- Coordinating change impact assessments with business stakeholders
- Creating business readiness checkpoints and assessments for the change work stream throughout the project lifecycle
