Took on a secondment during the Paris Olympic Games, responsible for ensuring a seamless VIP experience within in-venue hospitality. Achievements included:• Collaborated with a team of six VIP Guest Service Managers to successfully cover all 35 Olympic venues.• Efficiently managed, processed, and communicated key information to ensure the smooth arrival of VIP/Celebrity guests, andthat all game-day requests were fulfilled by the appropriate stakeholders.• Fostered relationships with influential Olympic stakeholders, sponsors, partners, UHNWIs and celebrity clients to increasepotential for repeat business in future projects.• Completed end-of-day reporting to share key learnings with the team and improving client experience for the remainder oftheir hospitality programme.

Lead the European POS marketing vision and created a strategy in line with the Go-To-Market plan around bi-annual product launches. Additionally worked with the UK & I sales team to manage numerous key accounts marketing budgets and maximisetheir sales output. Achievements included:• Project managed a $1.4m European-wide POS CAPEX budget/investment in 2021 from brief to execution, resulting in 14% growth in key product categories.• Confidently presented new product GTM plans to external and internal stakeholders at bi-annual launch events.• Successfully managed a complex network of vendors in UK and EU to support successfully deliver marketing collateral across Europe during every product launch.• Distributed detailed written and verbal communications to external stakeholders that included; marketing assets, press releases and product launch content.• Managed omnichannel marketing plans for the South African and Dubai distributors to increase sales and grow the TaylorMade brand in these emerging markets.

Following a successful University placement, I was asked to return to Golfbreaks.com as a full-time UK Sales Consultant. Responsible for advising and selling golf breaks via CRM software, phone and email to a managed account of clients. Achievements included:• £140,932.54 Total Gross Profit.• 1,262 golf breaks booked (Top 5 out of 30+ Sales Employees).• Presented a detailed analysis on how the cycle of selling can be improved to the founding board members.

Appointed as a Bournemouth University Student Ambassador, in the Marketing and Communications Department. My role involved being a face of Sport Management, tasked with appearing in the 2015/16 undergraduate prospectus, alongside producing regular blogs and additional content.

Worked on the largest amateur golf tournament in the world, as part of the Audi quattro Cup Team, at regional and national events across the UK.
