The program cultivates technical problem-solving skills via advanced engineering coursework, formal reports and presentations to senior leadership, in addition to valuable work experience. Participants earn a M.S. degree in electrical engineering.Navigation and Guidance (KC-46): •Verified software requirements using manual, and automated testing techniques for the Multi-Function Control Display Unit on the KC-46 Aircraft with Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements [management] System (DOORS), and other requirement capturing tools.•Created procedures to test software requirements, and created PR’s for software fix recommendations.•Verified electrical schematic designs using current MIL-STD(s).•Prepared detailed test reports after requirements have been tested, verified, and validated.

Aftermarket Program Management:•Lead the repair and on time delivery of 80+ UDTUs, by submitting timely and accurate weekly status reports to Hill Air Force, and communicating with repair shop personnel daily. • Initiated Engineering Project Authorizations for After Market which decreased project TAT by 25%. •Categorized repair category of 250+ parts from historical data for catalog pricing. •Revised and released a Service Contract Act work instruction used to implement SCA for programs, and initiated the monthly certification process. •Lead inspections performed on the avionics manufacturing environment, to resolve the origin of product failures, and provided corrective actions for those failures.•Analyzed aftermarket product failures using Mean Time Between Failure calculations, and Failure Trend Analysis.

Mechanical systems (A320neo):•Updated the airbus directives Compliance matrix with relevant rationale. •Translated customer specification format into GEAS format for the Translating Cowl on the A320neo. •Reconciled Sparking issues with Transient protection diagram determined minimum energy required to cause spark. The findings of this issue were detailed within a failure reporting and corrective action system.•Created mapping and a schematic for the TRAS electrical interface system, while consolidating 151 ICDs from 3 teams.

Vehicle Health and Data Management (K2/K6 VADR):•Implemented the new Change control board trade study form, and developed training material for this.•Set up a product wide problem report database used by Advanced Health Management System apps to explore Problem report fixes.•Determined inconsistencies between expected results and simulation test in the Health & Usage Monitoring Systems, as well as the voice and Data Recorders for the K2 and K6 aircrafts.
