About Jordan Leonard

As Corporate Vice President of Engagement at New York Life, Jordan is responsible for cultivating an environment and culture that leads to a highly engaged workforce, maximizing employee contributions to the business and community. Her responsibilities include spearheading New York Life Direct’s volunteer and charitable giving programs; diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; employee recognition, employee wellness, event planning, and internal communications.
