I am a motivated and driven Dalton State College graduate student. I have acquired multiple skills in sales, customer service, and database management through my coursework and work experience.Most recently, I completed a four-month internship in Distribution Operations at Kroger, where I collaborated with various departments to ensure smooth operations, developed and implemented strategies for continuous improvement, and coordinated production, sales, record controls, and purchasing using Excel, WIN, SQL, and Power BI. I also have five months of experience as a Sales Specialist at Verizon, where I built customer connections, offered top-down sales solutions, and closed sales using phenomenal communication skills. Additionally, I have over a year of experience as a Cashier at Buc-ee's, where I accurately transacted customer items, beer purchases, and shift reports.My goal is to become a Sales/Business Development Representative who can help organizations make smarter choices, drive efficiency, and achieve their goals using data and insights. I am eager to learn and grow, and to connect with mentors, peers, and industry professionals who share my passion for business analysis.
