As a Data Architect, I designed and implemented a customized Bitrix24 CRM system, ensuring continuous maintenance and updates for optimal performance. I develop and execute strategic processes to automate workflows, enhancing business efficiency and streamlining operations. I build dynamic reporting dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Bitrix24 BI Analytics, providing executives and managers with real-time insights into KPIs, strengths, and areas for improvement. Additionally, I lead all system training initiatives and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure accessibility for all users.

In this position, I worked on continuing the outreach and scoring of their annual ESG & DEI survey of managers. In addition to this, I worked on analyzing survey results and aiding in the development of the survey for future years.

I work in partnership with both College for Social Innovation as well as the UNH Sustainability Institue as a Changemaker Recruiter. As a recruiter, I am in charge of reaching out to residence halls to plan events, as well as visiting classes to tell students about Semester in the City as well as other programs offered to UNH students.

The UNH Sustainability Fellowships pair exceptional undergraduate students and post-baccalaureates from UNH and universities across the United States* with municipal, educational, corporate, and non-profit partners to work on transformative sustainability initiatives. Each summer, Fellows undertake challenging sustainability projects that are designed to create an immediate impact, offer an extraordinary learning experience, and foster meaningful collaboration.  While working with their mentors and partner organizations, Fellows are supported by their Fellowship peers as well as an active network of partners, alumni, and the UNH team, as they emerge as the next generation of sustainability leaders.

I created a reporting system that would make it easier for managers to report sales data that would be used by the company to track progress as a new company. I created new systems as the company grows, and train managers on how to use these systems most effectively.

I work with the HDI 531 team in order to sort sales data so that it can be better interpreted to use for future company development

My special project will focus on creating or codifying and documenting our financial and human resources policies and procedures. I am learning all about the systems and processes that make a growing organization work. The culmination of the project will be an employee handbook that will clarify processes for existing employees and streamline onboarding for new employees. Tasks will include researching the best tools for timetracking and time-off requests, submitting expense reimbursements and check requests. In addition, processes for documentation, management and storage of the paper trail of these activities in preparation for future audits of financial systems.
