Preform Test Analysis for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems including UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines & UPW (Ultra Pure Water) systems that lead into the chip making tools.Testing is completed in a clean room (FAB) & subFAB setting.- Particle tests (removing any particles with a blowing purge of nitrogen or argon through the line)- Moisture & Oxygen tests (ensuring there is a low level of moisture in the line that adheres with our specs through trace analysis and a blowing purge of nitrogen or argon through the line)- Leak Check and Helium Tests (ensuring there are no leaks in the line, verified with helium checks and weld inspection)TOC & Water Analysis on all water lines (UPW & HUPW) leading to the tool and ensuring that carbon levels adhere to our specs along with verifying no leaks through monitoring the pressure.Troubleshooting & Problem solving is a big part of the role as to meet deadlines to ensure a smooth continuous process.
