• Source local and national working professionals within the fields of: Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Government, and Finance• Primarily support positions within the Project Management Office (PMO) skillset as well as others, including, but not limited to: Program/Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Database Administrators, cloud professionals, Project Coordinators, IT Support roles, Quality Assurance professionals, Financial Analysts, Payroll professionals, Buyer/Suppliers, and various Engineering professionals (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Product Development, etc.) • Utilize various databases and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice) to find candidates that match a variety of client needs using Boolean searches, cold calls, written correspondence, referrals, and job postings• Facilitate candidate interview and hiring process to meet tight deadlines, including screening candidates, organizing interviews, managing communications, and meeting requests throughout process for candidates and clients• Work in tandem with multiple Account Managers to manage several employment openings simultaneously• Communicate directly with clients and hiring teams to qualify new requisitions and understand their needs in order to create best methods to successfully source candidates• Conduct onboarding process as dictated by client to ensure compliance, including any necessary arrangements and requirements with third-parties, and maintain relationships once consultant has been hired
