At Top Hat I lead our Corporate Development activities including our M&A, partnerships and fundraising.

At BDC VC I helped manage the firm's early stage convertible note portfolio and perform due diligence on non-traditional indirect seed VCs.During my tenure, I was involved in the negotiation and execution of over 40 early-stage seed transactions (including new debt and equity investments, conversions and exits) and was the primary point of contact on managing a portfolio of over 70 active investments.

At Extreme I focus on selecting and sourcing companies for our cohorts, working with the companies to improve their business models and gain new financing and I manage various parts of the accelerator's operations.

I advised the c-suites of companies in North America's Mid-Market (<$1B in revenue) on growth and market entry strategy. My project experience includes both the execution and management of projects. My client experience is across a range of industries centered in the TMT, manufacturing and CPG spaces.

Worked with the senior executive team as part of the Ivey Consulting Project to develop recommendations on critical launch decisions. These recommendations influenced product offering, product pricing and network management.

Worked in the statistical analysis unit providing analytical support to the research team. Designed and implemented internal betas on insight special projects using tools such as prediction markets and mobile apps. Selected and negotiated new platform to house the firm's research panel.
