Professional Recruiter with the following skill set:1. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Talent Management Software such as LinkedIn Premium, Internal Corporate Portals, Monster for Employers, Indeed Employers Dashboard, etc. to review candidate profiles, screen resumes and update candidate status.2. Create Online Job Postings with salary, benefits (401K, Tuition Assistance/Reimbursement, Health Insurance, etc.) Have managed up to 12 job requisitions.3. Enable, expand and/or condense list of job boards for the talent acquisition team to provide maximum relevant candidates, specifically with Zoho Recruit-Setup. 4. Conduct thorough prescreening prior to presenting to a hiring manager for consideration.5. Create automation workflows for candidates, such as sending rejection letters on specific dates; specifically with the ATS Zoho Recruit.6. Conduct Onboarding sessions that include rudimentary company policy, day-to-day expectations and contact information for hierarchical contact to complete full lifecycle recruiting process.7. Create Hiring Fair Listings on major platforms such as Eventbrite, Meetup, Indeed Subscription Plan, etc. Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Gmail, Calendar, Meet), and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
