I am a diligent and ambitious leader who has developed specialisms in higher education, student accommodation, strategic insights, customer service, and commercial development, with skills in managing operational activity, provision of services, partnerships, and people. Enjoyed 13+ years’ progression within one of England’s largest and most diverse universities, from initial role delivering a seamless student experience before gaining promotion to the role of Campus Services Manager, and again to Accommodation Services Manager where I provided operational and strategic management of the University Accommodation Service, and associated partnerships with PBSA providers for circa 4,500 bed spaces.Now continuing the journey as Strategic Insights Lead at Homes for Students, a national role at one of the largest independent student accommodation providers in the UK, housing over 40,000 university students from all over the word! I am also the current ASRA Communications & IT Officer and am elected to sit on the Management Committee.Looking forward to connecting & collaborating!
