• Help migrating existing Linksys site from fatwire, NoHold, and vCommerce to Hybris. Responsibilities include: o Ensure all Support related functions and features are implemented on time and functional. o Create/Modify new and existing files to support new design and functionalities. o Modify existing process to import Linksys support products and article asset from Salesforce to Hybris without affecting existing Belkin support site. o Implement PreCall to allow consumers to create support tickets to Salesforce as Case, and route them to appropriate queue for Customer Service. o Implement multi-step checkout process for Linksys RMA.• Enhance, update, and maintain applications on all Belkin corporate websites, including 5 sites under Hybris using Java, 20+ sites and Intranet using ASP.NET and Classic ASP.• Involved in redesigning and launching Belkin.com (five countries) including PCM (Product Content Management), WCMS (Web Content Management), E-Commerce and SOLR capabilities using Hybris.• Integrated third party services to Belkin.com using Java, including Salesforce, Lithium Community, QAS for address validation, and Vertex for tax calculation.• Involved in enabling E-Commerce capabilities for Australia and Germany sites.
