Drove the DigiTrust industry-standard, neutral ID and namespace effort within IAB Tech Lab, and achieved significant expansion of global membership and funding by focusing on value, communications and operational intelligence.

Acquired by IAB Tech Lab in April 2018, DigiTrust was the first. truly open, neutral, independent, non-profit industry consortium standardizing the user token (ID) in order to improve the digital experience for consumers, publishers, advertisers and technology platforms. DigiTrust was founded by twenty of the leading digital advertising technology.

Rubicon Project is a leading technology company automating the buying and selling of digital advertising. Reporting to the CTO, my role is to innovate and incubate new products within the company, acting as product management leader and driving product/market fit, adoption and integration within the business teams.

Product leader for the Platform team, in charge of core services available to multiple internal and external customers, including data layer, pricing intelligence/analytics, APIs, insights reporting, etc. Also led audience data strategy, sales and product development. Came to the Rubicon Project via their acquisition of Others Online in 2009

Others Online offered premium online publishers a proprietary audience analysis and targeting platform that helped them better understand, segment, target and monetize their audience, demonstrating a 70% improvement in eCPM. Founded the company, raised investment, built the team, and led the product management, sales and business development efforts.

• Joined 121Media, Inc. to help build one of the Web’s first audience-targeted advertising networks and ad servers.
• Instrumental to the development and execution of the business plan and product strategy, growing the company from zero to 7-figure annual revenues and 40 employees across 3 offices (New York, London and Paris) in 18.
• Responsible for internal/board KPIs, revenue/advertising operations, distribution, finance, legal and management of the company's US business (via a joint venture).
• Led the development of core campaign optimization and distribution evaluation systems.
• Regular travel between Seattle, New York, London and Paris. Relocated to London.

Co-founded Siaxx to develop the first “universal remote control” for IT systems management. Led fund-raising, product management, and sales, leading to 95% market validation, customers, and profitability in 2002.

Founded an e-business solutions firm in Seattle, which I sold in 1996 and continued running as a subsidiary. Grew the company to $2M+ annual revenues and 15 employees by 1999, then carved-out/sold the subsidiary to Meridian Partners Ltd. Key member of the executive management team that grew Meridian Partners revenues 5x to achieve annual sales of over $60M.
