Knows the business and market, and develop a solid understanding of all internal sales and external distributor sales operational processesDevelops internal relationships with sales teams (channel, distributor, inside sales, business development)Understands the existing data and analytics infrastructure and reporting that support salesLearns and fully comprehends the Company’s existing CRM systems (Salesforce.com, Pardot, Internal)Drives process implementation and re-engineering of sales processes from business requirements gathering, to cross-functional buy-in/approval, to completionTakes ownership of global channel sales process documentation, implementation and maintenance

Primary Responsibilities:• Extract data from appropriate sources, develop and run reports, analyze for accuracy and provide consultation regarding reports for projects• Interfaces with broad Recruiting Operations team, external vendors, and other service providers to maximize process efficiency and return on investment (ROI).• Understand business processes/problems and bring that understanding to discussions with other Sapient teams to solve those issues. • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the systems by identifying and representing teams concerns and needs, performing technical system reviews, and supporting program conversions and upgrades.• Participate in the selection, implementation, maintenance and management of new systems vendors, systems, interfaces and processes.• Research, define, analyze and capture business and user needs• Perform tracking and maintenance of metrics as needed to include status, cycle time and production ratios and makes decisions based on data.

Administrative:-Provide clerical support functions for Account Executives and Sales Managers.-Support sales promotions and sales projects-Review sales orders and contracts-Write radio orders from start to finish, including creating the schedule in Arbitron and then forwarding to traffic department-Customize proposal kits to form to the client’s needs as well as recaps at the end of the promotion-Work directly with clients and agencies to ensure their needs are met in a timely matter acting as account coordinator-Assist accounting department to ensure that billing and invoices are correct-In charge of recording expenses for managers-Take care of travel arraignments when necessary-support a staff of 12+ at any given timeMarketing/Digital-Having an expert understanding of all major programs used (Arbitron, Media Monitors, IBS, XRAY, ETC.)-Creating and assisting with all Digital components of individual programs-Creating copy for production-Traffic appropriate campaign materials to creative coordinators etc.-Familiar with Google ad words and Google analytics
