Since earning my Graphic and Interactive Design BFA from Temple University, Tyler School of Art in 2016, I began working as a brand designer working with lifestyle and commercial brands at various agencies and started my own brand design business, Made By Miz, LLC. Working with clients on my own or with small teams leading the design process for assets like websites, packaging, digital and print media. In 2017, I became the Creative Director for Philadelphia alt-rock band, Grayscale. I joined the band and toured the world as their photographer/videographer producing engaging social media content to promote the latest record and drive ticket sales. In between tours, I was responsible for producing and directing music videos, negotiating rates with crew and executing high-end visuals within a variety of budgets. I have creatively conceptualized several record rollout campaigns in tandem with Fearless Records. Additionally, I developed the band’s iconic fashion-forward look and helped revolutionize the band’s retail design and marketing process, garnering the attention of Forbes Magazine.Using my experience in the music industry, I began to shift my focus back to commercial industries and direct high quality content production for commercial brands.
