Primarily work as a ServiceNow developer implementing the Governance Risk and Compliance Suite for a large government client.

I am currently working with a client to develop a System Security Plan for one of their online systems. My responsibilities include creating deliverables and working closely with the client to gather necessary information. Furthermore, I conduct numerous risk assessments and tracking during the lifecycle of the project.

Through the Quality Enhancements Systems and Teams (QUEST) program at University of Maryland, I worked with a team of 3 other students to provide consulting services to Northrop Grumman’s Missile and Defense facility in Elkton, Maryland. The team worked to redesign the facilities inventory management process. Experiences included:• Analyzing Northrop’s as-is process to identify bottlenecks and areas of possible improvement• Developing reccomendations to help increase technology utilization, communication, and efficiency within the facility• Creating delivarables and demonstrations to be presented to the client• Leading weekly status updates meetings with the client

Helped support a data migration from local servers into the IBM cloud as well as create a universal portal to access all of the Clients applications. I also helped oversee a software upgrade to SAP BussinessObjects 3.2 software (BOBJ). Experiences included:• Creating and mainting a risk tracking log• Creating status update presentations for clients• Leading internal status update meetings for BOBJ software• Updating integrated project schedule to accurately reflectthe impact of ongoing changes

As co-founder and director of athletics of the Tutoring Outreach program, I created curricula for a series of clubs aimed at increasing students’ scores in school, insuring students participated in daily physical activities, and exposing students to new arts and cultures. Furthermore I helped train incoming volunteers to work with students experiencing familial incarceration, and publicized our work to various media outlets, including the Washington Post and Baltimore Sun. In addition, I was responsible for the daily programming of the athletics club and management of on-site operations.
