(DMV Admin) As a business office associate, I was fully customer facing and engaging with our customers with all aspects of their transactions. My office handles the signing of all legal documents for both selling personal vehicles and purchasing vehicles. As DMV admin, I am responsible for making sure all sold vehicles get registered to the new owner in a timely manner as well as following up on all titling issues that arise after the car is sold. Lastly, as a CSAD I am required to travel to the customer’s home for transactions. My position requires immaculate customer service skills both in person and on the phone and 100% accuracy at all times which I have been perfected through all of my previous jobs leading to my current position.

(Hiring and Training Specialist) Oversee the cafe during my shift. As a manager, I am responsible for safe balancing, deposits, ordering, & making sure all associates are where they need to be and performing to their full ability. Making sure the cafe runs smoothly & making sure the guests are happy is the number one priority. In addition, I was responsible for all hiring and training for my location and, on occasion, newly opening cafes.
