Play a central role on diverse utility client projects, tackling their key business priorities. Outcomes have included helping clients track critical data and minimize service disruptions, improve power status accuracy and reliability, increase access to funding for major infrastructure projects, and elevate their strategies with relevant modeling. Internally, I managed creation of a cybersecurity curriculum for utilities and supporteddevelopment of a new and successful cybersecurity practice offering.

Worked on diverse projects, including: total cost of ownership analysis for 5 commercial and industrial customers of a large Midwest utility to inform their planned transition from internal combustion engine to electric vehicles (EVs); research and report on EV considerations for utility emergency response; and comprehensive market, trend, and competitive analysis on EVs to inform updates to internal tools.

Led key project to improve accruals and forecasting accuracy in Redwave (Exelon’s financing app) and increased vendor participation by 37% and compliance by 13% across Delmarva Power, Atlantic City Electric, and Pepco. Developed and implemented a communication and education strategy to support this project, including delivery of training sessions for 100+ vendors/suppliers. Drove highest forecast improvement since Redwave’s inception, setting a best practice benchmark across the company. Delivered weekly progress reports and gap analysis to senior leadership.
