As marketing coordinator for Ardesia I manage all in-house and online marketing materials. I worked closely with the owner to define the goals of the company's social media presence, and helped revamp their Instagram page by introducing campaigns such as product spotlights and staff profiles to strengthen customer engagement.I am also responsible for organizing, promoting, and executing all large parties ranging from private groups to public events. I was initially hired at The Camlin as a food runner, hoping to gain wine knowledge to expand on my previous 2 ½ years' experience in the food & beverage industry. After demonstrating my adaptability and willingness to learn I was soon promoted as a bartender, and shortly after was asked to be the primary floor manager. My responsibilities as manager included supervising front and back-of-house staff during business hours to maintain operational efficiency. I took the initiative to confront inventory challenges by introducing stocking protocol for all staff to follow, and also standardized cocktail technique and procedure for bar staff to ensure consistency and quality control.
