- Prepare expense reports for the Senior Vice President (SVP) of International Operations and all other staff in Ireland.- Manage all Pension and Private Medical Insurance related documents and information for the Irish office while adhering to strict GDPR guidelines.- Weekly preparation of the SVP calendar and send to the CEO and ensuring the Irish office calendar is updated on a weekly basis.- Prepare and maintain the holiday and sick leave calendar for the SVP and all direct reports. - Liaise with office suppliers, building management and other suppliers with regards to office maintenance.- Ensure office equipment is fully functional and log calls and tickets to our IT support team.- Maintain all on site office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, phones and the server room.
