- Lead group yoga classes in-person and online (Adaptive & Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga)- Lead individual yoga sessions for trauma survivors (children and adults with IDDs, sexual and/or domestic abuse survivors, cancer survivors, etc.)- Facilitate individual Internal Family Systems Therapy sessions for trauma survivors (both separate from and included in yoga sessions)

- Lead group yoga classes for adults with disabilities- Instruct seniors in chair fitness/yoga classes

- Provide psycho education surrounding healthy relationships to children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities- Facilitate one-on-one yoga sessions for child and adults clients; lead virtual group yoga sessions for parents, caregivers, and professionals working with the disability community- Connect with other agencies/establishments to provide developmentally appropriate social events for clients- Work with support teams and residential agencies to foster an atmosphere of independence and assertiveness for clients- Create social media content and monthly newsletter

- Provide interpersonal skills to male domestic violence offenders, including topics such as healthy communication, conflict resolution, responsible parenting practices, financial responsibility, etc.- Challenge conflicting views and statements to enhance client accountability through assertive behavior modeling- Complete weekly client notes and discharge summaries for the Department of Corrections

- Develop a service management plan for elderly/disabled residents based on individual needs- Stay up to date on community services and eligibility requirements- Organize monthly programs on topics of interest to residents- Create a sense of community between residents, family members/caregivers, and staff- Advocate for additional and/or more appropriate supportive services from local service providers

- Increase awareness of Safe Passage services, prevalence of child sexual abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence through social media and presentations to various groups/ organizations- Work with colleges, hospitals, police departments, medical providers, school administrators, youth service providers, and other community stakeholders to prevent power based personal violence and appropriately respond to survivors in a trauma informed way- Create and provide developmentally appropriate sexual abuse and teen dating violence prevention education to over 7,000 students, grades K-12, annually - Annual training of over 1,500 professionals and college students on best practices for preventing and responding to power based personal violence - Train incoming staff, volunteers, and interns on sexual and domestic violence dynamics

- Complete initial intake assessments to determine participant eligibility- Provide skills and knowledge to group members to enhance their lives and relationships- Challenge conflicting views and behaviors to teach importance of accountability for their actions- Maintain weekly logs, monthly progress reports, along with 6-week and 24-week check-in papers for program records, client’s probation officers, and court hearings

- Act as a representative for the Center at events throughout the academic year- Speak to prospective students and parents about joining the CSWGS Program: academic requirements, career and leadership opportunities, LGBTQ culture- Maintain adequate GPA requirement to keep position

- Act as a liaison between faculty, students, and sponsoring offices- Mentor and guide first year students by sharing insight of NIU campus and creating a nurturing, open environment- Strengthen the social and professional support system of campus programs

- Work with young girls during summer volleyball camp, both in large groups and one-on-one sessions: develop girl’s athletic ability, team-building skills, and knowledge of sport rules- Act as head referee for high school summer volleyball leagues- Required the ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a high level of responsibility and stress
