Roles and Responsibilities:+ Assisting with administrative duties by responding to email and phone call inquiries.+ Creating print ads and signage for event promotion on Eventbrite, social media, and in-person+ Preparing materials for classes, and aiding in the organization of program events.

I lead a globally-based team of 15 to organize and facilitate monthly Zoom webinars on music education for the Back to Bach Project Soloist Program. As the head of the program, I interview and recruit new team members each year, and I collaborate with the Back to Bach social media managers to create graphics and Instagram reels to promote the program.

I managed the Mentorship Program where I liased between the Back to Bach student mentors and client mentees from partnering non-profits to organize private music lessons.

I managed and trained Collaboration Coordinators for the Back to Bach Soloist Program to find and collaborate with other music education organizations. I also created ads with Adobe Suites and Canva to promote events via email blasts and Instagram.

I coordinated 2 events per year by contacting local organizations on behalf of the Back to Bach Project Bergen County, NJ branch.

I collaborated with a design cohort of designers and developers to conceptualize and execute a website for a partnering client. We used Figma and Adobe Suites to create wireframes and mockups, integrating weekly client feedback to refine designs. I also participated in weekly workshops to enhance design skills
