Starting from 24th February, I will be transitioning across to Accounts from Operations. In the main, I will be dealing with credit control, account openings, ledger management, invoicing, pro-forma's, statements, payments and Third Party Insurance. My Marketing Duties have also expanded, I now act as the main POC for freelance designers with whom we have created some of the campaigns and artwork attached, as well as creating case studies for highlighted projects which you can find on the PACAIR LinkedIn Page as well as an example below.

At PACAIR, I currently run the front of house operations of the Head Office based in Hemel Hempstead. This involves liaising with clients, using my extensive communication skills over the phone with both suppliers and customers and using my broad knowledge of maths to help with some company administration. I also help to run the Marketing side of PACAIR, my duties are creating mailshots, managing social media accounts and the back end of our websites. Alongside this, I help with some of the operational duties relating to our on-site warehouse and starting January 2019, have been tasked with the responsibility of processing the orders won by our Midlands Branch.
