• Working directly with senior designers, researching new trends and ideas. • Work alongside outerwear, dresses and bridal designers • Developing CADs and sketches for the designers – ensuring to add all details and materials to the design packs• Using Adobe suits on a daily basis – specifically Photoshop and Illustrator• Creating detailed selling books for our wholesale team to sell from • Instructing factories and supplies to meet design desires• Meeting with suppliers to discuss new designs and material developments. • Working closely with the production department on colour approvals and garment fit• Managing proto samples as well as salesman samples• Managing the design process from sketch to salesman samples • Taking detailed notes throughout any reviews with the Director of Womenswear and senior designers• Updating and uploading all design information onto PLM / Company folders • Attending meetings with WGSN and Stylus. • Organize itinerary and travel documents for factory visits and research visits abroad

• Working closely with the other graduates on projects based on the company’s growth and future – reporting directly to the company’s Directors. • Circulate the business’s departments for 1-month placements, including: Design, Finance, Production, Wholesale, Marketing, Brand communications etc. • Retail visits across the country to meet with senior retail team and train teams on product • Become specialized within the companies systems, PLM, AX and CIMs • Monthly exposure to junior roles across the business – allowing for an rounded understanding of the business• Develop marketing strategies to help sell product and develop brand awareness• General admin duties

• Lease with the talent and their management whilst onsite over the course of the show • Oversee all areas of the show that involve involvement from the talent. • Work closely with the PR and Marketing teams • Manage the talents schedules and day to day running• Organize gifting from exhibitors to the talent.

• VET buyers and press for entry to London Fashion Week • Being a representative of the British Fashion Council • Keep up to date with relevant magazines, bloggers, online publishers as well as high profile buyers. • Work efficiently between teams from the BFC and onsite.
