In this role, I work individually, as a team, and with other departments to provide customer service to Zego residents. My day to day work includes handling inbound resident inquiries via phone and web (Case Management), training new hires, managing projects and tasks and maintaining my individual case load. Monthly I work to meet monthly team metrics and individual goals as well as develop my knowledge of our products and company as a whole.

Assisted HR office by answering and transferring all incoming calls to the university and assisting visitors to the Presidents building. Gained experience in remote work.

Opened and closed the library independent of librarian staff.Kept shelves organized using the Dewey decimal system. Handled customer service while manning the front desk.

Assisted professor to review curriculum for the upcoming semester in the class.Worked with students at the university tutoring for the Psychology Research and Statistics class.

Taught swim classes for ages 6 months - 30 years old.Worked in high-stimulus situation with students of many backgrounds, individually and in groups.Created lesson plans and assessed each student's progress.
