As an Assistant Photographer for Lamps Plus, I served as a production jack-of-all-trades for the photography and video team within the company’s internal advertising department. My responsibilities include staging and preparing products for the company’s catalogue and on-line advertising platforms. I managed initial lighting and camera setups and implement adjustments in conjunction with the principal photographer. Post-production responsibilities include file organization, data management and processing of raw images. Over my time at Lamps Plus, my role with the company has expanded to increasingly include principal photography with credit for hundreds of published images.

As the Studio Coordinator for the HBC/Saks 5th Avenue, my responsibilities included coordination of every aspect of studio operations. My daily duties included assigning studio space, sourcing camera and lighting gear and facilitating set designs for all in-studio and remote merchandising shoots. My responsibilities also included repairing, maintaining and inventorying equipment used by the company’s sixteen dedicated photographers across a 50,000 square foot studio. Other duties included purchasing lighting and camera equipment to align standards across the company’s photo studios in New York City, Upstate New York and internationally. While working for Saks, I developed software for tracking equipment inventory, anticipating expendable supply needs and reconciling month-end studio finances.

As a member of the Pier59 PM and AM equipment crew I was responsible for all tasks necessary to the operation of a 100,000 square foot, full-service fashion photography studio, including: building and breaking down EQ orders, tracking and maintaining EQ, and handling client requests in a positive and professional manner.

Wrecords By Monkey is a creative art studio that designs home goods, jewelry, and installation art using recycled vinyl records. My daily tasks include management of the soho market, in studio production, and social media management. As a member of a small team, I successfully expanded the customer base through targeted marketing of corporate clients.
