Responsible for the training and assessment of hosts and operators for a variety of different attractions, and acting as a team leader within the department to ensure the highest of customer service and health, safety and security standards are followed by hosts and operators at all times.

Responsible for the daily operation of rides and attractions at the resort, acting as the team leader for a team of hosts on each attraction, whilst also adhering to strict health, safety and security procedures in place to deliver memorable experiences for thousands of guests every day. This role helped to develop my team leadership and management skills and ability to be forward-thinking within a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsible for the safe operation of rides and attractions, with a core focus on delivering memorable experiences through excellent customer service and an important focus on health, safety and security. This font-line facing role helped to develop core skills in customer service, operations, problem solving and teamwork.
