Our Land and New Homes business provides a complete range of specialist services and products for Housebuilders, Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Investors, through to start-ups and niche providers. Forming part of the LSL Property Services group, LSL is one of the largest providers of estate agency franchise services in the UK, supplying services to a network of over 300 branches across the UK. These branches are independently managed and operated by 62 estate agency franchisees under various brands including Your Move, Reeds Rains, Intercounty, Frosts, JNP, Goodfellows, Davis Tate, Lauristons, Lawlors, Hawes & Co and Thomas Morris.

Over the past twelve months I have appraised scheme's for the likes of Berkeley DeVeer, Quarters Developments & Frontline Estates. Appraising scheme's throughout North and West Yorkshire, scheme's with GDV's of £300,000 - £200,000,000. While managing a portfolio of ongoing sites, acting as the developers/clients main point of contact. Assisting them on queries and being their link between the branch and themselves. I often promoted, set up and held, launch days. Accompanying viewings when sales staff were unable to do so and following up buyer leads that required further attention. Business generation was a part of my role, in perusing up and coming developments/planning applications; .A further part of my role was creating HOT's and progressing sales through to Exchange & Completion.

Prospecting & lead development generating valuations and new business.Managing a portfolio of properties, liaising with vendors and buyers making sure all requirements are met from the outset ensuring a swift search & sale process. Negotiating property sales and progressing sales overseeing a pipeline of business income.

Key responsibilities include accompanying viewings, daily canvassing, dealing with customer enquiries and proactive lead generation.

• Work within the Financial Industry for over three years – setting up Merchant Services within the SME sector, for business turning over £1000-£25,000,000.• Requirements within that role are to listen to what the customer requires/wants then to advise what solutions best fits their needs.• Achieving KPI’s set in Customer Service/Expectations and Sales• While doing so I gather a better understanding of the business and in effect risk access them to the business.
