As an Academy Opening Manager, I support the ongoing growth of our childcare franchise system. I work alongside my construction and marketing counterparts to coach and support franchisees through the operational process of opening their new Academies. This includes state licensing, recruitment, marketing, family enrollment, equipping and operational planning.

As an Accreditation Specialist at Kiddie Academy, I am responsible for revising applicable policies and procedures as informed by accrediting organizations and State Quality Rating Systems; providing appropriate support of the process for those new and mature Academies either starting or in the stages of accreditation or QRIS; producing and providing onsite and online training sessions, including Franchisee and Director training; demonstrating a thorough knowledge of child development, DAP, guidance, child-centered approaches, health and safety and State licensing standards; assisting in maintaining an informational resource library to assist participating Academies; and developing a cooperative, supportive working relationship between the Academy Franchisees/Directors and the Education Department.For 40 years, Kiddie Academy®️ Educational Child Care has been a leader in education-based child care.
