I love people. Full stop. I feel my greatest strength is being able to connect with a wide range of people, and establish connection and trust genuinely. I have a high level of emotional intelligence, am able to anticipate needs and hear what is being spoken underneath various layers, and can communicate back in a clear, empathetic, and personal manner. My experience both in the non-profit sector, in leadership and customer facing positions, and most recently as facilitator of a small business, has allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of stakeholders at different levels. I also have a high level of cultural sensitivity, having worked internationally and nationally with various demographics.I have the capacity and skills to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time, with expertise in time management, task prioritization, and concise communication. I love being able to maximize efficiency in time and labor while utilizing these skills, as well as solving problems creatively and managing the details to create success.
