As the Director of Guest Experience at Prudential Center, I oversee the operations and strategies of the Guest Experience department for one of the busiest arenas in the country, hosting over 200 events and 2 million guests annually. I have more than 15 years of experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry, managing diverse, empowered, and inspired teams that deliver exceptional results and customer service.My core competencies include hospitality, team building, and guest satisfaction. I am passionate about creating memorable and engaging experiences for our guests, partners, and employees, while ensuring the safety, security, and efficiency of the venue.
