Whereas many lawyers focus on car crashes and slip/trip-and-falls, my focus is on cases involving burn injuries, drownings, defective products, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, and jail or prison abuse. These are challenging, often complicated, cases, but where I believe my years of litigation and trial experience are most likely to add value for my clients.Whereas some lawyers have a tendency to settle cases early, I have a tendency to demand more from insurers and at-fault corporations.
