As a founding partner of Fischer Redavid PLLC, I represent people across Florida, Georgia, and the US Virgin Islands who have suffered catastrophic injuries due to the negligence of other people or corporations. I take an aggressive, creative approach to each case, have been known to be relentless in my pursuit of justice, and have helped secure several multi-million dollar results for very deserving clients. Whereas many lawyers focus on car crashes and slip/trip-and-falls, my focus is on cases involving burn injuries, drownings, defective products, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, and jail or prison abuse. These are challenging, often complicated, cases, but where I believe my years of litigation and trial experience are most likely to add value for my clients.Whereas some lawyers have a tendency to settle cases early, I have a tendency to demand more from insurers and at-fault corporations. If that means we take the case to trial, so be it. That's where I thrive. I will often tell prospective clients that I am committed to getting them the best result possible--and rarely, if ever, is that the quickest result. I'm proud to say that many of my clients are referrals from either prior clients or colleagues who bring me into their bigger cases to add strategic insight and give the benefit of my courtroom experience. I've tried cases in state and federal courtrooms, in criminal and civil cases, and in a profession where it seems like 99% of cases settle short of trial, I am proud to be an outlier.I guess you can say that I like to take uncommon approaches to handling serious injury and wrongful death cases in hopes that I can achieve an uncommon result.
