As a team lead at Smilin Dogs I managed a team of dog handlers of up to 20 on any given day, as well as developed new training programs to reduce new hire training time and enable new handlers to work more effectively and comfortably. I served as a Sales Intern and worked with the management team to fulfill all profit center purchase requests, develop a report with the customer base, and serve as a liaison between the customers and products. I also acted as the intern project lead in the implementation of a missed sales tracking system for great cohesion between purchasing and sales teams.
